June 27 is known as National PTSD Awareness Day. Let's talk about a silent disorder. Nearly 8% of the US population will have PTSD at some point in their life & 8 million adults will have PTSD during a given year. 10 out of every 100 women develop PTSD during a given year. 10 out of every 100 women develop PTSD and 4 out of every 100 men develop PTSD. This disorder can happen to anyone so let's raise awareness. #nationalptsdawarenessday
