MYTH Mentoring
Mentors are paired to their respective mentees. This is based on common interests and a focus group before pairing to foster a strong relationship between mentors and mentees. The mentors will act as a support system for mentees facing mental health issues. Additionally, they
will collaborate with mentees to determine areas in need of improvement and support such as classroom management, instructional strategies, curriculum, parent communication, etc.
